GKWorld Policies:

If you need to return an item please email us on our contact page within 10 days from when the shipment is received, we cannot process any return after this time frame. Please be sure to include your order number, name, and reason for return. You will then receive an e-mail with a return authorization to include with your return.

All returns must be in a new and unopened condition to be accepted. Any apparel returned must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Returns can be sent back for a refund minus shipping costs or in exchange of another item similar in value. GKWorld is not responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive the wrong item or an item you receive is defective, you may return the item for a replacement or refund. GKWorld will credit you the return postage fees if the error is ours.

Please Note: All returns must have a return authorization in order to be processed. No returns will be processed without a return authorization.

For a limited time we are offering free shipping on all domestic orders that are $99 or more before shipping!

Shipping Time:

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of when payment is received unless the item states a different shipping time.

If an item is back ordered it will say so on the items page and will ship separately in the estimated time given. If you order items that are in-stock with items back ordered, we'll ship the in-stock items in 1-2 days and the back ordered items separately at no additional shipping costs.

Orders shipping outside the USA will be held until all items are in-stock to ship in one complete shipment.

Domestic Shipping:

Shipments are sent from Pennsylvania and will take about 1-5 business days to arrive from when you receive the shipping notice depending on your location. Express mail takes 1-2 business days.

How we determine shipping costs:

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items being ordered and where they are being shipped to. When you add products to your cart and are on the shopping cart page you will be asked to enter your zip code and you will be able to display the shipping costs. You can add and remove items to see how shipping costs change.

International Shipping:

Shipments will take approximately 1-3 weeks to arrive from when you receive the shipping notice. Express mail service takes approximately 3-7 business days.

International Duty & Customs Fees:

GKWorld has no control over what countries charge to import merchandise. We charge the shipping it takes to get from us to your country, it is then out of our hands after that. Please check with customs in your country if concerned about any import fees.
