We understand the importance of getting items fast. All orders ship from PA in 1 business day. Our cut off time for same day shipping is 8am EST Mon-Fri.
USPS (POSTAL SERVICE) SHIPPING
USPS (Postal Service) shipping will arrive in approximately 2-5 business days once shipped. This is based on estimates from the postal service. We cannot guarantee their delivery time or if any delays occur during the holidays, pandemics or inclement weather.
UPS GROUND & EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Arrival times and pricing is available in the shopping cart area.
All orders ship out of PA. UPS Expedited shipping is also available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Packages are shipped via Postal Service with tracking.
Delivery takes approximately 7-14 business days to arrive once shipped.
We cannot guarantee the Postal Service delivery time, delays from pandemics or customs.
Orders may be subject to import tax at customs, we are not responsible for these fees they are charged by the importing country to receive the goods.
RETURNS
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of the order being delivered.
Items can be returned as long as they are in the same condition as they were received.
We cannot take returns on brand new items that are opened and used.
We do not charge any re-stocking fees.
If an item is defective or broken we will provide the return label to send the item back.
If the return reason is because the buyer changed their mind; the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
